For example, young Diego Rigotti, an emerging chef (the best of Italy in 2012) full of ideas and very talented. He learned in the kitchens of Gualtiero Marchesi and Carlo Cracco and knows how to combine in a surprising way the flavors of the region with flair and creatività: his menu is always very personal and elegant. You can taste his disse, rewarded with a Michelin Star, at the tables of Maso Franch, sophisticated relais with restaurant not far from Trento.
